Makes 10-12


  • ⅓ cup almond butter
  • ⅓ cup tahini 
  • ⅓ cup sunflower seeds or finely chopped almonds
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut flakes, ideally finely shredded 
  • ¾ cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup pure maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ⅛ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ⅛ teaspoon sea salt


  1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients to form a thick dough.
  2. Break off pieces of dough and roll into balls, about 1-1 ½ inches in diameter.
  3. Store in the fridge in a sealed container for up to 2 weeks.
