Ingredients:
- 1 cup Greek Yogurt of choice
- 1/3 cup Peanut Butter of choice
- 2 Tbs Honey or Maple Syrup
- Cinnamon – optional
Directions:
- Place yogurt, peanut butter, and honey or maple syrup in a bowl.
- Mix together until they are well combined.
- Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon if desired.
- Serve with your favorite fruit or crackers!

Feel free to garnish with other toppings such as granola or dark chocolate chips.
